Who: Dion Lee

When: 8pm, May 16. 1 Bligh St, CBD.

Hair: Jon Pulitano for

Hair look: "We never want the Dion girl to look too finished. She’s always got an element of grunge to her, it’s just a bit unfinished and street. What we’ve created is a greasy texture in the hair - keeping the natural texture and making it look like it’s not been washed in a while. We have greasy texture at the roots, a natural look at the back, then a low ponytail to finish. But we’ll shake the hair just before it’s placed in the ponytail to have strands tucked behind the ears - it’s very unstructured. We’ve used Redken Rootful to create movement, with two waxes mixed (Shake Factor and Rough Clay) to get a satin-like finish.”

Make-up: Victoria Baron for

Make-up look: “We want the girls to be rather undone. The clothes are so strong and so beautiful that we want the girls to be strong in a 90s Stella Tennant way. It’s make-up that looks lived in, that looks like it’s been applied the night before, with skin that’s really raw and really fresh. We are keeping redness and real skin texture showing through - it’s about being mindful about where you do put the concealer and leaving good skin unconcealed, and concealer only where necessary. It’s more about taking off the make-up then putting it on.”
