Sharon Hunt has announced she will be departing her role as beauty and health editor at The Australian Women’s Weekly to join TV Week as acting deputy editor.
In addition to her deputy editor duties, Sharon will spearhead the new beauty, fashion & lifestyle section in both TV Week magazine and new monthly spin-off magazine, TV Week Close Up.
“Joining The Australian Women’s Weekly has been the realisation of a lifelong dream and I’ve immensely enjoyed being part of such an incredible team,” says Sharon.
“Although my time with AWW has come to an end sooner than I anticipated, I’m happy to be staying within the Bauer Media stable and joining another beloved Australian publication in TV Week. I look forward to taking on the challenging next step in my media career.”
Sharon commences her new role on August 27.
