What’s landed on our desks: Promising palettes

Australis Cosmetics BBH Blush, Bronze & Highlight Palette – Tina
What it is: A face palette including blush, bronzing and highlighting shades suitable for contouring and enhancing.
My experience: Australis have really been on the pulse this palette is no exception. The blush formulas are matte, velvety soft and richly-pigmented. One light touch on my brush picked up a lot of powder and colour. The shimmery highlighter is subtle but can be built up for a stronger finish, while the bronzer is a great contouring colour with a slight shimmer to it. Overall, it is a fantastic travel-friendly palette that I will be using regularly.

Revlon Eyes, Cheeks + Lips™ Palette – Tash
What it is: A colour palette with universally flattering shades to achieve a multitude of beauty looks, with mini applicators and a mirror included.
My experience: The Revlon Eyes, Cheeks + Lips Palette in Berry is a complete palette with six eyeshadow shades, powder blush, two lipstick and two lipgloss shades. I find myself reaching for one or two of the neutral shadows and a complimentary lipgloss most mornings, I can then build on this in the evenings and make a more dramatic look with the darker shades. Having a complete colour palette has allowed me to get more creative with my beauty looks without the fuss of having to use multiple palettes. Moving into spring, this palette is my pick of the bunch!

With high colour payoff, the formula stayed true to colour, even over other makeup.
