According to a study commissioned by centre:mk, one of the UK’s top shopping destinations, more than a third of women experienced a beauty mishap while self-isolating in 2020.
The study found that fringe trims and leg waxing were among the things people tried to carry out themselves, with some not seeing a great deal of success.
