Mamamia's You Beauty podcast is welcoming lifestyle and wellness brand-building expert, Alison Izzo as its new head of show.
Izzo was most recently digital director at Vogue Australia, GQ and Vogue Living at News Corp, and has led digital for Are Media's ELLE Australia, marie claire, BEAUTYcrew, beautyheaven and Girlfriend.
She's also hosted News Corp's Healthy-ish podcast and been digital and beauty director at Body+Soul.
"Alison's reputation precedes her – there's barely a major fashion and beauty digital brand in Australia she hasn't led or had a hand in," said Mamamia content director, Ruth Devine.
In the role, Izzo will run the show as a business within Mamamia, building on the podcast's trust.
"Many media brands talk about audience trust in beauty, but few have the receipts. You Beauty has walked that talk for some time," shared Izzo.
