CHANEL is pleased to announce the appointment of Lucia Pieroni as creative makeup director.
She will work alongside the Makeup Creation Studio reporting to Simona Cattaneo, president of fragrance and beauty, starting September 2026.

Pieroni began her career in London before moving to New York in 1995, where she worked with pioneering contemporary artists and renowned fashion and beauty photographers.

From 2006 to 2019, Pieroni was creative director of makeup at Clé de Peau Beauté (Shiseido Group), where she honed her holistic vision of beauty. Since then, she has formed long-standing partnerships with photographers and designers, shaping a myriad of fashion shows, editorials and campaigns.
