Revlon Beauty Tools Gold Series Nippers
All the experts tell you not to trim your cuticles... bollocks to them, I say. I’m an avid cuticle cutter and I don’t care in the slightest that I shouldn’t. No matter how much cuticle oil I apply, they are always dry so tend to have a nasty habit of peeling. I use this nifty device from Revlon as it has ultra-fine, sharp blades to allow for precise cuticle cutting. I also squeeze pimples. So sue me. - Kelly

Homedics Skin+ Cleansing & Application System
I take my cleansing routine seriously and I will try anything to nix pesky pores and spots. Enter the Homedics Skin+ Cleansing & Application System. It’s a facial rejuvenating tool that features hot and cool massage functions, both with sonic vibrations. The hot massage opens pores and increases blood circulation, and flicking the switch to cool helps to reduce puffiness and shrink pores. It’s a must-try! - Aja

Bump eRaiser Concentrated Serum
Unfortunately, I was gifted with skin as sensitive as a newborn baby’s. What this means is that I tend to get red, itchy and blotchy on the reg, particularly after hair removal. Bump eRaiser Concentrated Serum helps to alleviate both razor rash and unsightly ingrown hairs, without the sting. Vegan-friendly, the solution soothes my sore skin with a handful of natural fruit acids. - Sarah

Nair Sensitive Shower Power Hair Removal Cream
Before being introduced to Nair's hair removal cream, I'd never had any previous experience with this type of hair removal. But now that I have, I don't know why everyone everywhere is not using it. Seriously! It's incredibly easy and I love the results. I put it on all over my legs, and jump in the shower two minutes later and wash the cream off. I hop out with super-smooth legs, add a little bit of moisturiser and I'm good to go. I've been using the Shower Power Max but have recently discovered the brand's new Sensitive Shower Power Hair Removal Cream. Providing similar fuzz-free results for seven days, what's good about this one is that it is super gentle on the skin thanks to the inclusion of argan oil, jojoba oil and cocoa butter. A few people have said the smell of hair removal cream puts them off, but I doubt they were talking about Nair's version - its mild scent disappears as soon as the cream is rinsed off. - Yelena

Soshan Skin Moisture Lock Lotion & Skin Renewing Gel
I was first asked to trial the Skin Renewing Gel, a truly understated exfoliating product. I applied a couple of pumps after washing my face and it took effect immediately. I could literally see my skin shed its dull rags, revealing shiny freshness underneath. And let me just say, I've not experienced anything that made my face more smooth to the touch! Then came the Skin Moisture Lock Lotion, which is a gorgeous two-in-one product I applied under my make-up. Not only did it release moisture that was immediately absorbed by my skin, but it primed my face for the easy, even application of foundation. I'm sold on both counts! - Joc
