The winners of the Pure Beauty Global Awards 2019 were recently announced at Dubai’s Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah Beach.
The evening saw a record number of entries from over 30 countries across 31 categories, with established brands and industry newcomers coming together to battle it out for the second time.
