Bauer Media launches new print magazine

Bauer Media has teamed up with fitness influencer, Ashy Bines, to launch a new bespoke, one-shot magazine.

Titled Ashy Bines, the print mag not only takes readers behind the scenes of Bines’ life, but it covers content such as workout inspiration, fashion, recipes and more.

“Ashy empowers her loyal online community by sharing her health and wellbeing expertise and experiences navigating the ups and downs of being a woman, mother and businesswoman in a very relatable way,” Bauer Media general manager of publishing, Sally Eagle, said. “The magazine is an extension of this and full to the brim with inspirational and useful advice and information.”

Bines said the key motivating factor for her partnering with Bauer was that it offered an “opportunity to reach an even greater number of women” beyond just her own digital platforms.

“Introducing a new audience to the Ashy Bines brand in a way that offered a solid understanding of who I am and what I stand for was critical to me. A bespoke, stand-alone magazine meant we were able to communicate our approach to health and wellness and our mission to empower women in a clear and undiluted way.”

Published under Bauer’s custom division, Eagle said that the success of these custom magazines “proves that readers are still hungry for authentic content with successful women and brands in meaningful ways.”

The issue is available for $9.99 from today at newsagents and Woolworths stores, and at Coles supermarkets from February 6.
