Carly Rogers has been named the new PR manager of Dermalogica, after having spent the previous six months at Coty in the role of PR executive.
Of her latest position - which commenced on November 2 - Rogers comments: “As someone with a huge passion for skincare and as a long-time fan of the brand, I am absolutely thrilled to join Dermalogica as their new PR manager.
“I look forward to continuing to build on Dermalogica’s reputation as the number one professional skincare brand and to explore new avenues and initiatives that connect Dermalogica with more consumers and media. The brand is embarking on an exciting new chapter within the Unilever Prestige Division and 2016 is set to be a huge year!”
With Rogers previously working on the Dermalogica account while at elise garland public relations, Dermalogica marketing manager Julia Ramanadhan is delighted to welcome Rogers to the team. “I am beyond excited to have Carly join the Dermalogica tribe! Her knowledge of the industry and enthusiasm for the brand makes her the perfect fit, and it’s wonderful to be working with her again.”
In other news for the brand, January 2016 will see Dermalogica welcome a new chief executive officer - Aurelian Lis. Lis will succeed current CEO Stephen Kurland, who is retiring after 24 years in the global business. Lis was most recently at Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy Group, where he was the general manager for Benefit Cosmetics in the US.
