Some of New Zealand’s most popular vloggers are actively campaigning against cosmetic animal testing. The tech-savvy ladie - including Sarah Lilly from The Lilly Mint, Analesha from Lipstick & Bubbles, and Moira Clunie from An Auckland Vegan - are joining bloggers and vloggers around the world to support Humane Society International’s #BeCrueltyFree campaign.
#BeCrueltyFree itself is an international initiative working fervently to see a ban imposed on cosmetic animal testing. The team behind the campaign believe that partnering with digital gurus is the best way to spread the word about the controversial subject.
Spokesperson from the campaign Claire Mansfield says: “Bloggers and YouTubers are fast becoming the go-to source of information, particularly for the younger generation. So we are thrilled to have the support of these fabulous bunny-friendly beauty experts to help us raise awareness about how consumers everywhere can support our #BeCrueltyFree campaign to end cosmetics cruelty.”
The NZ bloggers will be taking part in ‘Blog For Bunnies’ during #BeCrueltyFree Week’, which is taking place March 9-15.
