Estée Lauder acquires a new brand

It's been a big year for . After recently acquiring RODIN olio lusso, Le Labo and Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle, the company has revealed it is also welcoming innovative skincare brand GLAMGLOW® to its fold.

GLAMGLOW® is a mud mask treatment brand that is sold in 88 countries globally, with nearly 6,500 distributors that include Sephora, Douglas and Neiman Marcus. Founded in 2010 by Glenn and Shannon Dellimore, it was originally created exclusively for backstage and professional use in Hollywood, and saw great success when it was made for retail in 2011.

“GlamGlow represents the ultimate in innovative facial masks. Glenn and Shannon’s vision - to create easy-to-use, effective products for camera-ready skin - has grown into an incredible success,” says Estée Lauder president and chief executive officer Fabrizio Freda.

In a joint statement, GlamGlow Co-founders Glenn and Shannon Dellimore add: “[Estée Lauder] has the scale and vision to help bring the brand to its next phase of growth while remaining true to the identity that we’ve worked so hard to build.”
