Glossier poaches Condé Nast luminary

Former Condé Nast creative director for the likes of Teen Vogue, W, Allure, and Them has left the publishing house for a role at Glossier.

Marie Suter first joined Condé Nast 13 years ago, and is credited for elevating Teen Vogue into a hub for activist readers and creating the new, well-known visual tone it has today.

In Suter’s new role at Glossier, she will oversee the campaigns, packaging and creative functions of the skincare and cosmetics business launched by chief executive Emily Weiss in 2014.

Her hire comes after Glossier successfully completed a $USD52 million Series C round of funding in February of this year.

Neither Condé Nast or Glossier have given comment on her new role.
