Glossy lids have been popping up on the runway, across Instagram and on the red carpet. Kourtney Kardashian is even a fan of the dewy eye look and has recently revealed the product she uses on top of her eyeshadow to achieve the effect.
Speaking to V Magazine, she revealed her go-to beauty products while discussing her new collaboration with Kylie Cosmetics. She says the best way to wear the new Kylie Cosmetics eyeshadows is with the . “It works great when you put them on top of these shadows, making them glossier. I also use it as lip balm and under my eyes. I just love it!” she says.
Makeup artists have also expressed their love for clear balms used on top of eyeshadow, or even on bare lids. Celebrity makeup artist Tobi Honey says, "My go-to glossy lid tip is to tap Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream on top of the eyelids for a gorgeous finish."
