Lady Gaga’s Haus Laboratories is no more

After three years since its initial launch, Haus Laboratories has announced major updates.

Starting from June 9, the business will be saying farewell to Haus Laboratories, and welcoming its new name – Haus Labs by Lady Gaga.

But the announcements don't stop with a jazzy new name – the singer and actress has also redeveloped all her product formulations.

"Tapping into the ‘clean’ beauty movement, her artistry makeup products are said to be blended with potent and innovative ingredients that are kind to the skin," Cosmetics Business reported.

Haus Lab posted to Instagram, announcing the new and improved changes.

"Introducing Haus Labs by Lady Gaga, a new brand reimagined: supercharged clean artistry make-up powered by innovation."

Explaining further its 'clean' policy, the brand said that it will remove more than 2,700 "questionable" ingredients from its product line.

And the third change that was announced, is the brand's stockists.

In 2019, when Gaga initially launched Haus Laboratories, she became the first beauty entrepreneur to ink a beauty-exclusive deal with Amazon.

However, moving forward Haus Labs by Lady Gaga is expected to re-join the market with its own DTC website, hauslabs.com and exclusively with LVMH-owned beauty retailer, Sephora.
