For brands, recognition in the Prevention Australia Hair Awards offers an opportunity to stand out in one of beauty’s most competitive categories. Winning products receive the endorsement of a respected editorial brand and are eligible to carry the coveted Prevention Hair Awards ‘Winner’ logo, providing a powerful and recognisable mark of credibility at the point of purchase.

"There really isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to great hair, particularly as we move through our 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond," shared Prevention beauty editor, Cecily-Anna Bennett.

"Our readers want to know what genuinely works for their hair, whether they’re dealing with thinning or changing texture, embracing grey, maintaining colour, looking for a brilliant styling tool or simply trying to find a great shampoo that doesn’t cost a fortune."

"The Prevention Hair Awards are about doing some of that hard work for them. We test, assess and celebrate the products that stand out, so our readers have a trusted place to start."

Winners will be announced in the April 2027 issue of Prevention magazine on sale 8th March and online.

Entries are open now and close 30th October, 2026.
