Important updates from Stellar Concepts
Communications agency, Stellar Concepts, has announced its directors Hayley Cole and Gabrielle Sigelski (left) have acquired the business from the agency’s founder, Marguerite Julian, in an exciting move for the agency of 21 years. The pair have co-directed Stellar for the past two years.

An immediate team re-structure influenced by growth of its social and content arm over the past 12 months has seen Kali Austin move into a content & media specialist role, and the appointment of Stephanie Turek in a supporting role of content & media coordinator.

The shift in ownership has seen a physical change too, with an office move to La Porte Space in Rosebery.

Harper’s BAZAAR confirms new beauty & features assistant
Please note that Christopher Xi, who was announced as Harper’s BAZAAR’s acting beauty assistant in February, has stepped into a full time position as beauty & features assistant. 

Chris steps into the role following Anna Lavdaras’ decision to step down from her position as beauty writer – leaving to pursue a freelance career. 

Anna Barr PR welcomes new clients
Anna Barr is delighted to welcome a number of new clients. She will now be handling the PR for escentials brands including Goldfield + Banks, Rock + Ruddle, Carven (fragrance), Trussardi (fragrance), Atkinsons (fragrance), Personail, J-Lo (fragrance) and Ariana Grande (fragrance).

Aveda launches into Mecca Maxima as M.A.C expands into more of its stores
Aveda has announced its expansion into Mecca Maxima, making it the first cruelty free hair care brand to join the Australian beauty retailer. 

To celebrate the launch, Aveda salon stylists will host a series of in-store Dry Styling activations so Mecca shoppers can learn how to achieve the perfect buns, braids and beach waves using some of Aveda’s products.

Aveda will be available in 10 Mecca Maxima locations across five states of Australia, as well as online at mecca.com.au, with more locations being rolled out from July 2018.

M·A·C has also announced its expansion into further Mecca Maxima stores across Australia.
