Strong readership and circulation for Pac Mags

Pacific Magazines is reporting strong results in the wake of the latest ABC Audit magazine circulation and readership figures to be released.

Receiving a record high circulation, Pacific Magazines has increased its share of circulation to 33.3 per cent for the six months to December 2012. It is also the only major publishing house to increase readership share over the quarter and year, reaching 28.6 per cent share.

Pacific Magazines is reporting it's the number one magazine in a range of sectors including fashion, home and lifestyle, bridal, parenting, men’s lifestyle, real life, celebrity weekly, tween boys and tween girls. The audit also saw 15 of the publisher’s 18 titles delivering year-on-year (YOY) and period-on-period (POP) readership increases.

Title specific highlights saw New Idea delivering the largest readership growth POP of all magazines, Better Homes and Gardens had the biggest circulation increases POP and YOY of any magazine, Men’s Health and Women’s Health lead the men’s lifestyle and women’s healthy lifestyle sector and marie claire remains Australia’s number one fashion magazine.
