Caci, the New Zealand family owned brand, is celebrating 25 years as one of New Zealand’s most trusted skin and appearance medicine experts. With dozens and dozens of clinics around the country, Caci is leading the way by making great skin simple, accessible and achievable.
To mark this special milestone, Caci are celebrating with local events at their 50+ clinics around the country and offering a special birthday gift for a limited time only. Starting from June 18, those who sign up for a Treatment Plan before July 31 will receive a birthday gift set.
In celebration, here is what makes Caci the iconic New Zealand business it is.
The largest skin and appearance provider in NZ
The first Caci clinic opened in Newmarket in 1994, piquing the interest of Auckland locals. Over the past two decades, they have experienced significant growth with a network of over 350 franchisees, registered nurses, beauty therapists, treatment coordinators and more. Now there are 52 clinics in New Zealand, making Caci the largest skin and appearance provider in the country.

…and one of the largest in the world. Caci have treated over 20,000 New Zealanders, helping customers achieve great results.
One of the first in the world to offer laser hair removal
Before achieving great skin became Caci’s core purpose, laser hair removal was a huge part of the business; in fact they were one of the first clinics to offer it, and it was revolutionary. Being such an earlier adopter of laser hair removal gave them a significant edge in the market. While it is still one of the main treatments available, skin is now their real passion.
Caci co-founder, Jackie Smith explains that Caci is built on a passion for delivering ‘skin confidence’. “Skin confidence is hugely powerful and can be truly life changing. We are not here to judge if your skin concern is good or bad or big or small. We just want to help.”
They released their own skincare range
In 2018, Caci released their own skincare range, Skinsmiths, designed to extend care beyond the clinic doors. The collection includes everything needed to cleanse, treat, hydrate and protect for happy, healthy skin. Just recently, Skinsmiths launched Overnight Glow, an exfoliating treatment to boost radiance and smooth skin texture, and Reusable Cotton Pads, washable cotton pads for cleansing and applying treatment products.
They are voted Best Beauty Destination in NZ
In Bauer Media Group's Best in Beauty Awards 2019, Caci was awarded the title of Best Beauty Destination, and also won in the Best Body Treatment and Best Face Treatment categories.
