Argan oil isn’t called ‘liquid gold’ for nothing. The plant-based Moroccan oil works miracles on hair, with the super ingredient the latest innovative addition to the Schwarzkopf Napro Palette range of hair dye. The brand recently delivered on its promises of nourished locks and intense colour-in-one, with members of the BD Influencer Network singing its praises and 90 per cent confirming they would recommend it to others, as well as use it again themselves.
Trialling the line’s new Classic Medium Brown and Warm Chocolate Sunset Brown shades, BD Influencer Network members admitted they were no strangers to at-home dye, with 100 per cent of participants having done it before.
A survey of trial members saw 90 per cent confirming they loved the colour intensity provided by the line. A further 90 per cent found either met their expectations or exceeded them.
The incorporation of argan oil was a hit among those who trialled the product – with 90 per cent revealing the shine of their hair after colouring met their expectations. Tahanalee blogger Tahana Lee says: “The shine in my hair is incredible and a shine I haven't had in my hair in years.” Softness accompanied, with Charmaine Costa of Lola’s Beauty Room saying: “I was impressed with the condition of my hair.”
Convenience is also key to the product, with 100 per cent confirming it was easy to use. Says Nikkia Joy: “Loved it. Super easy to use and no overwhelming strong odours that made my eyes sting. Colour was easy to remove from skin around hairline, the consistency of product was perfect and easy to distribute, and the applicator bottle was shaped well and easy to hold without dropping.”
Short development time also impressed members of the trial team. We’re With Her blogger Melissa Henricks admits: “It didn't seem to take as long to set as most dyes I have used in the past. The Napro only needed 30 minutes which is ideal for people strapped for time.” Dani Smith from Kaboom Cosmetics agrees: “I wasn't expecting such good results from a cheaper brand and from a dye that only takes 30 minutes to develop.”
