Rogue Beauty appoints new PR agency and unveils huge relaunch

After eight years as a leading distributor in the Australian hair care industry, Rogue Beauty is due for a big bang relaunch in early 2022, with a new ‘do and website to match.

Alongside Rogue Beauty’s revamp, a new PR and Influencer agency appointment will see Brand etc., headed up by agency director Gina Ingleby, oversee the entire suite of premium hair brands and beauty, including Oribe, R+Co, R+Co Bleu, IGK, Pulp Riot and Smith & Cult.

“I have been following the Rogue Beauty business from afar for many years now,” Ingleby said. “Brand etc. is known as a specialist lifestyle agency when it comes to building brands, and for our agency positioning the best clients are local leaders with global vision who are looking for a fresh perspective, so it’s the perfect time to commence our agency partnership as Rogue Beauty embarks on their 2.0 transformation.”

Rogue Beauty head of marketing, Chinae Wang also added: “As a business we’ve always been keen to push the boundaries of what it means to be a distributor for the hair care industry, and Rogue Beauty 2.0 will not be a departure from that core Rogue value.

From a channel perspective, our strategy has always been an omni-channel approach, and with a new era for Rogue we aim to be an omni-customer proposal as well. The desire to directly target consumers and coupled with the need to be ever more present in the influencer space, our relationship with Brand etc. could not have come at a better time. We’re really excited to be working with one of Australia’s leading authorities in the influencer space, Gina and the team at Brand etc.”

Rogue Beauty joins Brand etc.’s client suite of like-minded leaders in their field, including: amazon.com.au, Dr Naomi Skin and The Manse Clinics, Estee Lauder Companies (MAC Cosmetics and Bobbi Brown,) Jurlique, Shopbop and Susanne Kaufmann.
