Nude by Nature Flawless Liquid Foundation and Flawless Concealer – Georgie
What it is: A long wearing, liquid foundation that instantly delivers a flawless medium to full coverage with a satin matte finish.
My experience: Having attended the launch event for this product, I was confident the foundation would be my new daily base and I was lucky enough to get an exact colour match while I was there. My skin has a tendency to get a little oily throughout the day so the satin matte finish was instantly appealing, and rightly so. This is one of the only foundations I’ve used that hasn’t practically melted off my face by 5:30pm. It’s long lasting and brilliantly buildable – if I’m going out in the evening I simply apply another layer (with a beauty blender) and the finish is equally as satiny and smooth as the first. The Flawless Concealer has been another great addition to my makeup bag. Again, I’ve been using this everyday under my eyes, and it has a wonderfully creamy texture so doesn’t pull on this skin when I apply it. It glides on smoothly and hasn’t dried out even slightly in the three months I’ve had it. All in all, I’m a big fan of this duo and there’s no doubt in my mind that they’ll both be a huge hit with women across Australia.
JERGENS® Shea Beauty Oil – Vanessa
What it is: A body oil that delivers moisture, radiance and a subtle glow.
My experience: I applied this beautiful body oil straight after having a shower, while my skin was still damp. My skin just drank up the moisture, absorbing the product really quickly without leaving any greasy residue which was great! I’ll definitely be using this product every day to maintain my new radiant limbs.
Raww Kale’d It Nail Lacquer – Tash
What it is: A nail polish enriched with organic kale to stimulate keratin production and promote strong, healthy nails.
My experience: The Kale’d It Nail Lacquer is the smoothest polish I have ever used! The brush design is fab – it has a slight inverted ‘U’ shape which delivers all the natural and organic goodness from cuticle to tip. This innovative brush design also assists in distributing the colour evenly, just one coat provided beautiful opaque colour. With superfood ingredients such as acai berry, coconut oil, sweet orange oil and pomegranate oil, my nails are in tip top shape.
Carmex® Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm – Laura
What it is: A lip balm that works to protect and moisturise lips while adding a sheer hint of colour.
My experience: The change in season has really dried out my lips so when this landed on my desk I was so excited to give it a try. This lip balm is really hydrating and the sheer tint means I don’t have to double up in lip products which I love! This one will be staying in my handbag for a while that’s for sure.
La Roche-Posay Effaclar Micellar – Issy
What it is: A soap and alcohol-free cleanser that removes make-up, oil and impurities without stripping skin.
My experience: As a huge advocate for the double cleanse, I want my first cleanse to effectively remove ‘the day’ without scrubbing and drowning my eyes in product. There is nothing more frustrating than black mascara streaks appearing in the second cleanse when I thought I had removed all my makeup! I can rely on the Effaclar Micellar to successfully remove all my make-up, oil and grit, without irritating my skin. The formula is gentle, fragrance and paraben free which helps to prevent redness and temperature flare ups. My skin is happier and more balanced.
Bondi Sands Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50+ – Zoe
What it is: A sunscreen which offers broad spectrum UVA and UVB sun protection.
My experience: Bondi Sands has been my tanning go-to for a long time so I was really interested to give the new sun care range a try. This lotion is really easy to apply, spreading evenly on the skin and absorbing fast – plus the ‘Coconut Beach’ scent really sets the summer mood! I can’t wait to keep using this as the weather really heats up.
ECOYA Guava & Lychee Sorbet Madison Jar – Steph
What it is: A scented candle made from natural soy wax.
My experience: Even before this candle made its way out of the box I was in love with this fruity summer scent! It is a really sweet and refreshing fragrance – perfect for welcoming the new season and warmer weather throughout the home.
