MAXCONNECTORS’ savvy new content initiative

MAXCONNECTORS looks set to spoil us with even more eye-catching content following the announcement of its new initiative #theMAXlist. With the aim to keep its audience abreast of new product arrivals and the latest beauty trends, #theMAXList will produce luxury content in support of brands collaborating with MAXCONNECTORS influencers including Chloe Morello and Lauren Curtis among others. The Instagram handle @MAXCONNECTORS already has a large beauty- and fashion-savvy female following and is a must-see for any fans of the flat-lay. BD chatted to MAXCONNECTORS talent director Jill Birmingham to find out more about the campaign and its newest recruit from the land of the long white cloud.

What inspired MAXCONNECTORS to come up with this initiative?
MAXCONNECTORS has a highly engaged following of more than 40,000 beauty- and lifestyle-obsessed consumers! It made perfect sense to showcase the latest makeup products and innovative beauty trends to our followers, while supporting our favourite brands at the same time.

Can you give us an idea of some of the content we'll see?
We will be creating fresh, beautiful, inspirational and original beauty content for our followers. Whether it be a limited-edition collection, an iconic beauty product, the latest must-have fragrance, or lust-worthy brand packaging, we really want to keep our audience informed of all the news in the beauty and lifestyle world, delivered via beautiful content on our Instagram feed.

How can brands get involved?
We would love to know about new product launches, beauty trends, must-have products, cult makeup brands – anything that’s making waves in the beauty and lifestyle industry. All brands can send press releases and products for consideration to MAXCONNECTORS, details below.

You've just signed on NZ vlogger Sally-Jo Hickey, can you tell us why she appealed to you and what you hope she'll bring to MAXCONNECTORS?
We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Sally-Jo to the MAXCONNECTORS family. Her bubbly personality and passion for creating informative and entertaining beauty and lifestyle content meant that she was the perfect addition to our growing influencer team. Sally-Jo has a huge following on YouTube and across her social platforms and as our first New Zealand influencer we are excited about expanding our portfolio beyond Australia.
