Vlogger’s beauty range breaks sales records

With almost 9 million subscribers to her YouTube channel, the extent of Zoella vlogger Zoe Sugg’s popularity was confirmed at the recent launch of her second beauty collection - Tutti Fruitty - where she broke Superdrug’s sales records.

One of the best-selling celebrity ranges ever released in Superdrug, the launch of the vlogger's second collection experienced a 87 per cent sales increase compared to the first line. This statistic is made more impressive by the fact the first range sold out on the day it was launched in September 2014.

"We have been amazed at how successful both Zoella's collections have been, and this latest range has really superseded sales expectations," says Superdrug buying director Simon Comins.

"Zoe has created some truly amazing products for our customers that are literally flying off the shelves. Zoella really resonates with our shoppers; she has an epic fanbase that are as passionate about products as she is."

Tutti Fruitty's range of bath bombs, body scrubs, a body mist, and a lip balm is sold in all 800 Superdrug stores as well as on the company’s website.
