Vanessa's previous experience as a nurse also gave Uspa an authoritative head start in terms of a holistic approach, caring for the individual.

- 3 Deep Breaths – To start and end your ritual, take 3 Deep Breaths to calm and ground the body and soul. This helps focus your attention on the present moment and get in tune with your sensations to transition from your busy work life into relaxation.
- Aromatherapy Breath – Add product to the palm or fingertips of your hands and before applying product to the face or body, bring hands up to the nose and take a deep breath to inhale the aromatherapy benefits of the essential oils used in Uspa’s products.
- Energy Cleanse – To end your daily routine, apply medium pressure to areas of your chin, nose and forehead and then draw lines outwards to the left and right. For the body, apply medium pressure from your limbs out away from the body. This movement helps release emotional tensions from your day.
