Hairstylist Dean Tsopanis of BIBA salon in Forest Hill, Victoria, has taken out the coveted Men’s Health award at the American Crew Face Off Competition in LA.
As the Australian winner of the American Crew Face Off Competition, Tsopanis competed against global winners from five countries around the world and came second overall. The Men’s Health award was granted to the hairdresser that created a photo and hairstyle that embodied the Men’s Health man – masculine and rugged, sophisticated but not too fussy, approachable and authentic.
Dean’s look projected health and success, as well as style,” said Men’s Health’s Sandra Nygaard.
The America Crew Face Off Competition was first established in Australia nine years ago by the brand, with this marking the first year the competition went global. The competition promotes male grooming talent of salons and stylists across Australia and the world.
