SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER AND CONTENT WRITER - FULL TIME  

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Coordinator to join the TLSE team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for not only creating beautiful feed for the TLSE brand but our clients along with implementing client strategies, creating written content, copywriting, and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the team to create social media strategies
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Create content that is informative and appealing
- Measure and report on the success of social media platforms
- Create editorial calendars
- Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools 
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimisation
- Keep up to date with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Prepare monthly reports and analytics for each account and recommendations on improvements and areas of growth

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2- 3 years working in social media marketing
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linked In and other social media best practices
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Experience working on multiple brands at once
- Experience with working with and communicating to clients both electronically and face to face
- Happy to work with instruction and as part of a team
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Show initiative
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics an advantage
- This position is full time and required to start asap

DIGITAL ADS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and paid media specialist to join the TLSE team. You will be responsible for implementing campaigns for our clients as well as for TLSE. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing campaign ideas, briefing designers, and implementing them across a range of platforms.

The role will include briefing our design team to develop ad campaigns, email marketing as well as generating, editing, publishing, and sharing content and monthly reports. You will be required to work within a team to build, create and grow the brands you will be working across. You will also play a role in business development and pitching to new clients.

Responsibilities:

- Developing campaign strategy, structure for multiple e-commerce and service-based brands
- Allocating budgets across different platforms and campaigns
- Optimise advertising campaigns (across Facebook, Instagram, Google Shopping and Search) weekly within each platform to increase the effectiveness of client spend 
- Keep in regular contact with TLSE’s ongoing clients in order to keep them abreast of their campaigns 
- Audit ad accounts, websites, and email automated campaigns. 
- Write weekly email content and automated emails in order to get the best results for clients 
- Write ad content and brief designers to create on-brand content for a variety of clients. 
- Measure and report on the ad campaign performance monthly 

Requirements: 

- 2-3 years of experience working with digital advertising and email marketing 
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of industry updates to major marketing channels such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Advertising. 
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Hubspot
- An understanding of SEO and the ability to optimise websites 
- A positive attitude is a must and you must love what you do
- Experience working on multiple brands at once 
- Good multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team. 
- Must be eager to get in and get the job done with the creative support of hard working team
- Must be resilient, a good communicator and be able to enjoy a laugh along the way
- Be committed to working and taking the lead with the role and making it your own
- Be willing to go the extra mile to get things done

This position is permanent 4 days per week in our St Peters office. This is not a work from home position. Be ready to start ASAP.
