NZ: Beauty editor changes at Bauer Media

It has been months of beauty editor shifts at Bauer Media, with Danielle Lagos and Claudia Renford moving overseas, Sarah Murray and Amy Houlihan heading off on maternity leave and Tamsin Marshall moving across from editorial to advertising. Finally, it looks like the dust has settled and new appointments for their top beauty titles have been set.

Next Magazine
Following Tamsin Marshall’s move across to Simply You as their new Direct Account Manager, has been appointed the new beauty editor for magazine. Wilson will also continue her current role as beauty editor at and work across both titles simultaneously, as well as overseeing the running of Beauty Directory NZ.
“I’m really excited to be on board with NEXT magazine and have been a huge fan of the title for as long as I can remember.”
Wilson’s new role for NEXT will take effect immediately as she files pages for their April issue.
 

Beauty Directory NZ/ Good Health Choices and FOOD Magazine
With Elise Wilson’s move, bdNZ have appointed to take the reigns as digital content producer on the site. Berryman will also be stepping in as beauty editor across both and Magazine.
Erin has a Bachelor of Communications and has worked in marketing and PR, most recently as Brand Manager and Digital Coordinator for BDM grange. “My biggest passions in life are writing and beauty, so this new appointment is a perfect fit for me.”

The Australian Women’s Weekly NZ Edition
After Claudia Renford’s departure last year, it has now been confirmed that Megan Bedford will head up the beauty for The Australian Women's Weekly New Zealand Edition. Bedford is currently beauty editor for magazine, so will now be upping her hours to four days a week for her new dual role.
