Registration is now open for Victoria’s biggest event for hair and beauty, Salon Melbourne, which will see over 200 brands and 1000 products showcased at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on April 14 and 15.
As well as brands, Salon Melbourne features free shows and ticketed events including business seminars, beauty and hair seminars and hair workshops.
Free shows include superstar make-up tips from Rhiane Schroder and the team from The Voice and X Factor, racing looks with Caterina DiBiase, fashion week make-up by Rae Morris, current international hair trend demonstrations with Joey Scandizzo, braiding tips by Lorna Evans and brow sculpting with Jazz Pampling.
Education seminars look at the importance of social media and sales growth, plus discuss how to break through the glass ceiling. Local experts will share their success stories in Local Heroes, while Rae Morris and Jazz Pampling will hold make-up and brow-shaping classes.
Joey Scandizzo, Frank Apostolopoulos, Damien Rinaldo, Tracey Hughes and Lorna Evans will hold hair workshops, while Pivot Point will hold two cutting workshops.
2013 will see a new evening event launched for those who like to party.
