Cloud Nine may become a fond memory to Australian consumers with news Cloud Nine UK has ceased product supply to Cloud Nine ANZ, forcing the closure of the Australian distribution business.
The UK head office wanted to move away from the salon-only distribution model, however, when Australia’s Cloud Nine head office refused, the UK decided to stop supply to Cloud Nine ANZ until a negotiation was agreed upon.
Unfortunately negotiations have failed, with Australia not wishing to move the brand away from the salon network. Cloud Nine ANZ Pty Ltd believes that they have acted with integrity with the intention of supporting the salon business and brand that they love,” according to a press release sent out by the company’s PR The Mint Partners.
