Nagnata x KERASILK backstage report – May 13th, 2025
KERASILK is the official hair partner for Nagnata with their Return To Earth runway show for the brand's Movement 18 collection.
KERASILK debuts the new styling additions backstage following the launch in April. KERASILK creates touchable, moveable styles, powered by bio-mimetic silk that are all vegan, delivering high-performance results for products that are both sustainable and effective.
The look:
KERASILK ambassador, Chris Hunter of Willomina has created an evolution of hair looks all working with the natural texture of the model's hair.
"We wanted to create hair that was reminiscent of Nagnata's Studio-to-Street philosophy," said Hunter.
"Texture with an effortless vibe, that Byron to Bondi cool girl hair."
"KERASILK allows movement and body with flexible styling that brushes out beautifully. The new Flyaway Wand is working overtime backstage, I love it for taming those little flyaways. We also worked it through the front loose sections for extra hold and grit," added Hunter.
Get the look:
To start, all hair was prepped as follows with 'Pre Workout Hair'
1. Prep hair with KERASILK Smoothing Blow Dry Cream applied very generously from roots to ends. Focus product on roots working through with hands.
2. Hair will be parted based on model's natural part. Scrunch hair to allow it to set natural texture, some models will have hair tucked behind ears.
3. Apply generously KERASILK Finishing Cream through all hair.
4. Apply KERASILK Texturizing Cream to ends.
5. To be finished with KERASILK Flyaway Wand and KERASILK Multi-Purpose Hairspray.
