Jaclyn Hill's leaked palette has officially been confirmed

Following its leak last week, Jaclyn Hill has finally unveiled her highly-anticipated new eyeshadow palette in collaboration with powerhouse cosmetics brand, Morphe.

Called Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Volume II, the 35-pan eyeshadow palette contains matte, satin and pressed glitter shades. With an emphasis on pinks and purples, it boasts everything from bright violets to soft nudes and vibrant hot pinks. Also launching is The Master Remix Collection, which includes 15 brand new, high-end brushes that mix and mingle perfectly with Jaclyn’s OG Master Collection.

Speaking on her Instagram stories recently, Hill confirmed the February 8 leak was in fact legitimate, leaving her devastated.

"Any time that someone leaks your product, it's devastating, especially these photos because the lighting is terrible and the palette is damaged,” she said. “I don't know if someone did this out of pure evil or somebody in the factory was trying to make a dime, the whole situation just sucks because I wanted to post it in a genuine way from me, the person who created it, and to have that taken away from me sucks.

But, I am just trying to bulldoze over that and take the power back into my own hands since I am so damn proud of this product and want to show you guys how amazing it actually is."

In the proceeding YouTube reveal, Hill told fans she created her own eyeshadow formulas, before moving on to address the shade names. She said the name ‘Positivi-tea’ (which was accused of being copied from the shade name ‘Reali-tea’ in Jeffree Star and Shane Dawson's palette) was actually named before she was aware of the duo’s collaboration. Meanwhile, ‘Thick Skin’ came about because it’s something the YouTuber is currently “trying to develop.”

The Morphe x Jaclyn Hill Volume II Eyeshadow Palette, along with the Master Remix Collection, are launching globally on February 13, in Morphe stores and online.
