New Fragrance Foundation president

Earlier this year the Fragrance Foundation board announced it was committed to the evolution and revitalisation of the Foundation”, now it has announced a new president in Elizabeth Musmanno to help further cement this commitment.

Musmanno’s role is effective immediately and will see her focus on creating strategic alliances and exclusive business initiatives for the Foundation’s members.

Musmanno has a rich history in the beauty and fashion industry, having worked at Unilever Cosmetics International, Revlon, YSL Beauté, Elizabeth Arden, Oscar de la Renta Parfums, Christian Dior Couture and Vera Wang in various roles.

I believe the future is strategic liaisons and exposures to different points of view,” Musmanno told WWD. I hope to bring an energy and speed to The Fragrance Foundation. A tech friend pointed out to me that you always need to be in beta mode — you have to work quickly, not waiting until things are perfect.

I’ll be out in the world at large, intersecting tech, music and art with the world of fashion and beauty. I’m focused on bringing awareness to consumers, as well as creating value for the membership.”
