Total Beauty Network’s growth against global market

With the likes of DB Cosmetics, Colour by TBN, Raww and INIKA Organic under their belt, Total Beauty Network (TBN) has reported big growth and sales in 2018, at their January pharmacy conference.

TBN has seen a massive 23 per cent rise in sales last year, compared with the global cosmetics market, averaging 5.9 per cent in 2018, according to Business Wire 2019. As a whole, TBN has pushed unit sales in excess of five million across Australia and New Zealand.

Looking at their lineup, DB Cosmetics achieved 17.13 per cent growth in pharmacy sales; Raww had a positive second year of growth as well, with results spanning across pharmacy and health retailers; and Colour by TBN proved to be a huge revenue driver for pharmacies, with a large amount of new stockists taking on the brand.

Finally, INIKA Organic has had a successful past year of global expansion, with more than 100 attendees seeing launch highlights from new markets, at their global sales conference in Melbourne.

INIKA Organic saw Singapore launch in July, Taiwan and Canada launch in October and Hong Kong followed in November. As for 2019, the brand confirmed it's setting its sights on India this year, with its range of shades and warm-weather formulas.

“It’s one thing for a brand to say it has its sights set on world domination, but after the 2018 results we just shared, I am so proud to be part of a global movement that champions beauty that is luxurious and natural, certified organic, as well as cruelty-free and vegan,” INIKA Organic global brand manager, Celia Trevisani said.

As a testament to the work of the customer service and dedicates sales team for all TBN brands, in a recent customer survey of stockists, TBN received a 8.57 satisfaction score out of 10 for its service (from 922 respondents). In addition to this TBN was also the winner of the Terry White Chemist Best Service Award 2018.
