World leading luxury professional haircare brand, Kérastase recently took over Le Meridien Melbourne for Kérastase Society, an immersive pop-up event.
The top end of Melbourne’s CBD has long been referred to as the ‘Paris end’ of the city and now Kérastase has brought this memorable saying to life.
From the hotel facade and lobby to a late-night club, and the 80 bookable suites, every space was dressed in the Kérastase mood: playful, polished, and a little after-dark. Created as an expression of Parisian liberation, Kérastase Society captured a modern kind of luxury.
More than just an event, Kérastase Society invited guests into a world where haircare meets hospitality, culture and desire.
Part of a new global concept, Kérastase Society in Melbourne marks the third ever location, after Paris and Milan earlier this year with plans for a further six to come.
Tailored in each city to bring a local flavour, this iteration of Kérastase Society featured food, design and music collaborators that are distinctly Melburnian.
Guests moved through a line-up of playful features, including vintage TVs, vinyl records, art books, and the Blond K arcade game.
The experience got even more intimate as guests progressed to suites with extra style benefits. The Kérastase Suites spanned three exclusive levels and were available to book as part of the hotel takeover, extending the experience into a staycation fantasy.
Guests in attendance included Riley Hemson, Jacquie Alexander, Martha Kalifatidis, Inda Valerie, Rachel Tee Tyler, Rojin Torabi, and more. As well as pro hair stylists, Hermiz Daniel, Kirby Lago and Gabrielle Roccuzzo.
You can shop all things Kérastase via Kérastase, MECCA, and Adore Beauty.
