What do you do to look and feel good? Dance, wear heels, paint my nails, go shopping, party.

What healthy foods do you like? Apples, pears, strawberries, almonds, raspberries. They all taste really refreshing and are healthy.

Did you mum pass down any skincare secrets? My mum made me start using moisturiser from 10 years of age. I found that sorbolene cream worked for me at about 21.

How many skincare products do you use a day? One.

What healthy foods do you like? Brocoli and fruit are delicious, muesli keeps you warm in winter, and celery and nuts are a good snack.

How do you keep your hair healthy? I eat lots of veggies and drink water. I also use treatments and put oil in the ends at night.

How often do you have a manicure? I never get them done. I do it myself every two weeks.

How often do you go the hairdresser or beautician? I have never been to a beautician and I go to a hairdresser when I need to.

List five things you do to look and feel good... Yoga, walking, meditation, swimming, shopping intensely.

Did you mum pass down any skincare secrets? She taught me the importance of keeping my pale skin out of the sun.

What does your beauty regime involve? Moisturiser, always cleansing before going to bed, exfoliating once a week, eye cream and the occasional face mask.

When did you start a skincare routine? Pretty late, about 17. I didn’t start wearing make-up until I was about 16.

How many skincare products do you use a day? An average of three - moisturiser, cleanser and sun block.

Do you take vitamins? Iron, vitamin C and sometimes St Johns Wort. I’ve also started using the Blackmores Hair, Nail & Skin supplement.

How often do you go the hairdresser or beautician? Never. My friend is a hairdresser and does it at home for me and my mum was a beautician.

How do you strive for beautiful, health nails, hair and skin?

I use lots of treatments in my hair, I’ve jus† managed to break the habit of biting my nails and I try to keep my fair skin out of the sun.

How do you keep fit? Pilates, roller derby training and treadmill.
