In celebration of her unapologetic, creative and empowered approach to makeup, M.A.C Cosmetics New Zealand has named Parris Goebel as the new face of its latest campaign.
The ultra-fierce choreographer and creative director joined forces with the cult makeup brand to feature the iconic Ruby Woo lipstick, as well as the new Patent Paint Lip Lacquer formula in Polished Prize. Our verdict? She killed it.
Parris, who shot to fame after working with and appearing alongside Justin Bieber in the infamous Sorry music video, bought her first Ruby Woo lipstick at the age of 15. Fast forward to now, and the multi-talented beauty is seen rocking her iconic buzzcut and the same red lip as she fronts the campaign. Talk about coming full circle?
“When I found Ruby Woo, it was just like the perfect red” said Parris. “I always feel like in the evening, or if I just want to look super glam, I’ll do a simple winged eye liner but then make my lip pop with a red lipstick. [It] always makes me feel bold and sexy.”
The stunning campaign shots can be seen in-stores and across M.A.C New Zealand’s digital channels starting today January 30, 2020. And if you’re after YOUR signature lip colour, visit your nearest M.A.C counter to choose from over 200 colours and nine textures.
