The look:
"The main inspiration for the hair look came directly from Alix’s new collection — the garments, the prints, and especially the accessories," shared Shark Beauty hair director, Daniel Jianing Liu.
"We wanted to bring that same free-spirited energy into the hair by creating something intentionally dishevelled, with more texture and undone movement."

Get the look:
- Start by applying hair oil for hydration and moisture.
- Apply texture spray, then blow dry using the Shark Beauty SpeedStyle with the concentrator attachment to smooth the hair.
- Add waves, focusing on the front and back sections with a tapping method.
- Once the base texture is done, lightly tease the curled sections to add volume.
- Gently pull the hair back into a ponytail using a thin brush.
- Apply a small amount of dry texturising spray, then use your hands (not a brush) to create a dishevelled, undone texture. Pull out baby hairs for softness.
- Twist the top half of the ponytail into a French roll and secure with French pins, leaving the bottom half loose.
- Use the Shark Beauty SpeedStyle with the Express Touch-Up Brush attachment to add more waves to the loose ponytail.
- Make sure all pins are secure.
- Finish with extra dry texturising spray if needed — the final look should be matte, dry, and messy.
