Role: ÉCHO Communication is looking for a Beauty Communication Manager to join the team.
You’ll lead PR strategies for our beauty brands, driving visibility through media relations, influencer partnerships, and creative campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Essential: 3 years minimum experience in a PR or communications role, with beauty/luxury industry experience highly regarded
Key responsibilities:
Client and account management
- Serve as lead point of contact for key client accounts.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Develop strategies, KPIs, and proposals in collaboration with the leadership team.
Media and influencer relations
- Secure high-impact media coverage and influencer collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and industry leaders.
- Monitor trends and integrate insights into client strategies/ pitches.
Content and communications
- Craft press releases, reports, and client materials.
- Contribute to agency and client social media content planning.
Event and project management
- Plan and execute media events from concept to completion.
- Manage budgets, product inventory, and sample distribution.
Business leadership
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative culture.
- Drive new business efforts including proposals and pitches.
- Represent ÉCHO’s brand through thought leadership.
Operations
- Maintain transparent budget tracking and invoicing
- Support Director with administrative tasks as needed
