MECCA returns as Australian Open's official beauty partner

MECCA is thrilled to announce its return to the Australian Open in 2026 as the Official Beauty Partner, kicking off a landmark long-term partnership with Tennis Australia.

As part of this renewed collaboration, MECCA COSMETICA will proudly take centre court as the Official SPF Partner of the Australian Open 2026 – uniting two Australian icons.

Following this year’s success, these partnerships will expand a new beauty offering at the Australian Open, one of the world’s four premier Grand Slams. Bringing together world-class sport and beauty, MECCA will celebrate performance, innovation, and self-expression on a global stage that attracts millions of fans each year.

MECCA will bring a dynamic, high-energy beauty playground to Melbourne Park – elevating the AO experience in a way only MECCA can – with a vibrant three-storey beauty destination featuring express touch-up stations, summer-ready skincare education, and exclusive product moments celebrating beauty, sport, and culture.

"We were blown away by the response from fans this year... so yes, we had to come back," said MECCA founder and co-CEO, Jo Horgan.

"We wanted to go where no one had gone before and proposed a full beauty partnership – a completely new experience at the AO – something big, ambitious, and a little bit nuts. And they said yes."

"The Australian Open is Australia’s biggest cultural moment on the world stage, and to be part of it – protecting fans with SPF and bringing beauty to centre court – is extraordinary. We can’t wait to bring the MECCA magic back in 2026," she said.

As part of the long-term partnership, MECCA and Tennis Australia will continue to evolve the beauty offering to connect with fans in meaningful ways, championing Australian innovation, beauty inclusivity, and sun safety awareness – both on and off the court.

"The Australian Open has always been about pushing boundaries and delivering unforgettable experiences for fans around the world," said Tennis Australia CEO, Craig Tiley.

"Our partnership with MECCA builds on that spirit – introducing a bold new dimension of beauty to the event."

"Together, we’re bringing a fresh expression of Australian creativity to the global stage and elevating the fan experience in a completely new way."
