Shark Beauty is excited to announce the brand is returning as the presenting partner of AFC Australian Fashion Week 2026, powering the talent, looks and innovation shaping this year’s style.
From backstage to front row, Shark Beauty will have an unmissable presence across AFW, spanning its immersive Glam & Glow Salon, key designer partnerships, a headline Hair Masterclass, and a team of leading hair and skin ambassadors.
Partnering with Australian fashion designers including Carla Zampatti, Alix Higgins, Mariam Seddiq, COMMAS and Hansen & Gretel, Shark Beauty will bring this season’s runway hair and skin looks to life.
"Australian Fashion Week is a powerful platform for Australian creativity, where ideas are brought to life at pace and under pressure," said SharkNinja managing director for ANZ, Aby Shukla.
"For Shark Beauty, it’s about powering established and emerging creatives with the tools to bring their vision to life."
At the heart of Shark Beauty’s presence is the Glam & Glow Salon, powered by the new Shark Glam Hot Tool Air Drying & Styling System ($699.99 from Shark Beauty).
Combining controlled ceramic heat with powerful airflow, Glam is the gold standard of salon-quality hair at home. This all-in-one multi-styler smooths, straightens, shapes and locks in shine, delivering polished, long-lasting results with minimal frizz and no heat damage, across all hair types.
Located on the MCA’s Tallawoladah Lawn, guests can book complimentary 30-minute dry styling sessions with expert stylists, providing personalised hair tool selection and styling. Guests can also discover the Shark CryoGlow Under-Eye Cooling & LED Mask ($699.99 from Shark Beauty) and preview upcoming innovations launching later this year.

Shark Beauty ambassadors, Joey Scandizzo and Maria Thatill will also co-host the headline AFW Hair Masterclass on May 14th, showcasing looks across diverse hair types in line with the brand’s inclusive For All Hair Kind mission.
"Australian Fashion Week is always incredibly inspiring, but what I find most interesting is how those looks translate beyond the runway," said Shark Beauty ambassador, Maria Thattil.
"It’s about making beautiful, considered hair feel accessible and showing that with the right tools, that sense of confidence isn’t reserved for one moment."
