Talk us through your morning vs evening beauty routine.

Oh my, this is a very long list!!

In the shower:

I always start with On days when I wash my hair I put  on my face (an excellent wake me up) and on days when I don’t wash my hair, I alternate between face and body exfoliation , using our on my face and  once out of the shower - it features willow bark extract for gentle exfoliation.

Morning Skincare Routine in order:

Night-time Routine:

Once a week I replace the Cellular Radiance Night Cream with , which I leave on my skin overnight - it's divine.

Beauty-wise, how do you treat yourself?

I do as much as I can to look after myself - I consider it maintenance as well as a treat. I am religious in making sure I take time for me, particularly as I travel extensively and work long-hours.

I book my appointments for the year in advance and then I do all I can to keep them. I seek out the best experts in each field so I can not only learn from them, but also broaden my contact with beauty professionals:

My beauty maintenance includes facials, manis and pedis (with Jocelyn Petroni AU), eyebrows (with Amy Jean AU), massages (with Prasanna at All Saints Clinic AU),  exercise sessions with Jonathan Cawte (at Executive Athlete AU) and hair (with Danielle at Blowdry Bar AU)

What’s your favourite part of your role?

I love the diversity of my role. The core of my job is to ensure my team is motivated and equipped to do their roles. My favourite part is working with a team of professional women to deliver exceptional experiences. Watching them discover that they can make a difference and seeing the pride they take when one of their projects is successful, makes my day.

What has been your biggest beauty learning since starting at La Prairie?

Taking care of your skin in the short term and you’ll reap the rewards long term! The earlier you start the better the outcome. The standard rule of keeping out of the sun is critical but just as important is ensuring your skincare routine is consistent…not just giving your skin TLC when it’s having problems. Healthy skin can be with you your whole life if you take care of it - just like the rest of your body.
